The apartment is air-conditioned and bright, making for a very comfortable experience. Its incredible and stunning location near tourist sights and the center of the Red Light District is a huge plus. It is also close to everything.

Our apartment was air conditioned, GREAT. The marvellous and stunning location was extremely close to Museum Het Rembrandthuis. Was set in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were very helpful and kind.

We got a room with a spa bathtub. An oven, kitchenware, and a washing machine were very handy. Walk from the central station, the location was fantastic and good, close to everything. A cool bonus was nearby Cafe Tisfris, that offered tea and coffee...

Everything was great during my stay at the House Of Arts in Amsterdam. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel with its bright, air-conditioned rooms and friendly staff. - the location was stunning and convenient, with the Red Light District at a moderate distance and a train station within walking distance.

The location was great and amazing, close to everything. You can reach Amsterdam Centraal train station within a 15-minute walk from here. Staying at House Of Arts - City Centre Apartment made my visit to Amsterdam enjoyable.

Our stay at House Of Arts - City Centre was excellent. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions in Amsterdam. The apartment itself was cozy and had a charming atmosphere.

We did encounter a minor issue during our stay. The shower in the main bathroom had a broken "on/off" handle, which made it a bit inconvenient to control the water flow.

Great location near the city center and canal, making it easy to explore the area. Secure entrance to the courtyard, which provided a sense of safety. - Easy check-in and check-out process.

No trash cans in the bathrooms, and limited supply of toilet paper and hand soap. Some appliances like the TV and oven were not working properly.

This was our third trip to the city and staying at House of Arts was the best yet. The gentleman who gave us the keys was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was in an outstanding location, close to major attractions. Both rooms were fantastic and clean, with everything we needed. The property was easy to find and felt secure. Check-in and out was simple. a lovely place with friendly people and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Separate spaces for families with the ability to gather together. Easy access to tram lines and metro. Close to the Jordaan neighborhood for dinners and people watching. very satisfied with the accommodation.

The City Centre Apartment offered a truly unique experience. When I entered the oldest part of the city centre, I felt like stepping into a time machine. The 18th-century building was charming and full of character. The apartment itself was a gem, providing all the modern comforts I needed, like free WiFi and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and coffee machine, made me feel like a master chef preparing meals.

The apartment was well-decorated and had a trendy vibe, with a cool rooftop terrace that would be perfect for summer. The bath in the upstairs bathroom was amazing and added to the romantic atmosphere of our escape.

There were some maintenance issues that affected our stay, such as a broken heater and a missing half-door in one of the bedrooms, which compromised privacy. some cleanliness issues were noted, including dirty dishes and mold in the shower.

Amazing center location, cool and trendy apartment with a fantastic bath in the upstairs bathroom. Terrace is pretty cool too. Comfy beds, good bathrooms, and showers. Clean linen and a choice of feather or synthetic duvets and pillows. Right in the center of the red light district with good soundproofing. Clean, spacious, and helpful staff. Thank you!
